Go Further with one tap

Every week hundreds of small groups find real human connection on Pace.

In those sessions, more than half of our members use Reactions. To like something. To say ‘wow’ without saying it. Or just to say, “+1, I really know how that is.”

Today we’re adding one more reaction: Go Further.

Go Further is a signal to your facilitator and whoever’s talking there might be more to uncover here.

Here are the top 3 times you might use Go Further.

1. “I want to hear more about that. Go Further.”

Group is a team sport, so we often keep it brief to share the mic. That only works if we also stop and pause on what’s interesting to us. Go Further is how you let members and the facilitator know you want to stop on what someone’s saying to hear more.

2. “Not really feeling this topic. Can we dive in and Go Further?”

Look, we’ve all been there - sometimes we just start disconnecting from a conversation. Often that’s because we’re not hearing that really, deeply true human story and emotion that underlies so much of life. Go Further is how you let people know you want to get to that real stuff.

3. “Really? I’m going to push you on that, let’s Go Further.”

One group calls it the “Calling BS Meter.” When someone in group is sharing something that you think they really (deep down) might need a callout on. Use Go Further for that too, to give them a little nudge with a little button tap.

Go Further is available for download in the latest iOS and Android releases now, and is ready to use on Web.

Have a great group,

The Pace Team
